Easter Bread - Sagarese
Kind of like a calzone.
Ingredients
Dough
- 6 Cups Flour Assumed all purpose
- 1 Cake Yeast Try Fleischmann's Instant
- 3 Eggs
- Salt
- ¼ Oil Canola
- Water
Filling
- 3 Pounds Ricotta Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Eggs
- Parsley
- ¼ - ½ Cup Diced Ham
- ½ Cup Grated Cheese
Notes
Remember, we rolled out the dough, put the stuffing on it, folded it over and sealed it around the edges, then baked it on a cookie sheet.
